About Darian

My Story​

I grew up in Tavares, FL, but eventually returned to my roots in Jacksonville, FL, where my journey into the digital world truly began. My love for basketball started when I was just five years old, and the sport became a major part of my life. Basketball taught me essential life skills like discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, while also allowing me to travel and experience different cultures, further shaping my worldview.

After college, my focus shifted, and I discovered a passion for digital design. About a year later, I began developing skills in web design, brand building, social media management, and SEO strategies. This passion grew into a full-fledged career as I worked on projects that helped small businesses build their online presence.

In January 2019, I created my first e-commerce website, selling juices and smoothies to promote health and wellness. A few months later, I started managing Instagram theme pages focused on business, mental health, and financial growth. These experiences sparked my interest in social media management and brand strategy, allowing me to grow engaged online communities and help people improve their lives.

In June 2021, I became a social media manager for a medium-sized 3PL company, managing the design and posting of content that helped the business connect with its audience more effectively. This role enhanced my skills in content creation and digital strategy, giving me the experience needed to make a real impact in the industry.

By January 2024, I decided to take my learning further, setting a goal to explore computer science, Financial Technology (Fintech), Python, and cybersecurity. This was part of my mission to become well-versed in the digital space, equipping myself to provide holistic digital solutions to my clients.

In June 2024, I officially transitioned into digital consulting, combining my expertise as a Freelance Social Media Manager and Web Designer to help small businesses grow online. Whether it’s designing websites, building brands, crafting SEO strategies, or managing social media, my goal is to help businesses unlock their full potential in the digital world.
